Set within one of St John’s Wood’s most coveted mansion blocks, Hanover House offered us the opportunity to reimagine nearly 2,000 square feet into a light-filled, contemporary home rooted in calm and clarity. We approached this four-bedroom apartment with a focus on simplicity and flow, opening up the layout to allow natural light to travel uninterrupted through each space. A soft, tonal palette of warm greys and neutrals, paired with natural oak floors, creates a sense of understated luxury throughout. In the kitchen, clean-lined cabinetry and a sculptural marble island bring quiet elegance, while bespoke shelving and curated objects add personality without clutter. Every detail was considered to make the apartment feel expansive yet intimate—letting architectural character and refined restraint guide the transformation.
